Carissa Dennis

Carissa joined Heritage Financial Services in January of 2024.  She brings in over 15 years of Customer Service experience and 5 years of that customer service background was spent as a Third-Party Administrator assisting clients with their 401k and retirement plan questions and concerns. She assists multiple advisors in our office with their IRA, investment, long-term care, and life insurance needs.  As time progresses, she will work towards obtaining her Life Insurance License as well as passing the SIE exam to become more of an asset to our team.

Carissa grew up in Osmond, Nebraska and now currently lives in Norfolk with her fiancée.  She spends a lot of her spare time supporting her 3 Nieces in their soccer adventures and enjoys cheering them on from the sidelines of every game.  When there is an active opportunity she volunteers her time at our local Orphan Grain Train, preparing and packaging meals.  On the weekends, Carissa takes joy in golfing, kayaking, and camping with her family and friends.
